Who is Dr. Turab Rai
Most first year dentists don't make quite the noise that Dr. Rai has. But most dentists aren't quite as Crazy as Turab. As he'll insist you call him.
While he prefers to spend time working with Medicaid patients with his Mother in their practice, Dr. Rai has recently found himself spending more time in different kinds of offices.

A surprise meeting leads to a life changing partnership
When Turab first met "Michael" he wasn't expecting to find a partner that would change his life.
Partnerships are common in business but not many happen like this one did. Turab Rai first met his partner, who Turab simply refers to as "Michael". "Michael doesn't like the spotlight so I'm the one that has to do all of this type of stuff", Turab laughed." He is the one that helped me build all of this. I really couldn't have done it without him."
What "this" is, is an online marketing juggernaut shaking up the Dental Industry. With countless websites, social media accounts, and what appears to be a presence that follows you everywhere, they are dominating a once underwhelming yet competitive market place. 
When I was first getting in to Dentistry I was shocked to find that we didn't have access to the resources that Interns and Job seekers had in virtually every other industry. Even the ADA knows we have a shortage of Dentists. Why aren't we making it easier for the young people coming up to enter this amazing field. - Dr. Rai

How do we provide support and resources to the young people getting in to this amazing field?
The ADA or American Dental Association does indeed know their is a shortage of Dentists. In fact as of 2021 the American Dental Association estimate an annual shortfall of nearly 11,000 dentists.
That is when Turab set out to make a chance in the industry he started with the most important people.

Turab and his partner decided to start at the "beginning of the dental life cycle" as he puts it. By providing resources he would have wanted as an intern only a few short years ago, he has been able to completely change the experiences and opportunities for the new dental students currently in school. Because of this they founded DentalInterns.com a site dedicated to helping interns and dentists with opportunities find each other.
Dr. Rai had already been working with interns as part of a leadership program he hosted for the students of The Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio. With their help and suggestions during beta testing Dental Interns was looking promising.
As if he wasn't busy enough Turab partnered with a non profit called Brightsmilescoalition.org. Together they have distributed over 10,000 dental kits to those in need and provide dental education to schools all over Ohio
Soon the site found footing and started to get an increasing number of users. Around this time the two created their next website, Finddentistryjobs.com

The next logical step seemed clear to the partners and they launched Finddentistryjobs.com . As steam was continuing to build on dental interns and dental careers the two continued to build other products to help new dentists and dental staff.
Around this time and unexpected offer came. Fairchild Randd, A Dutch marketing conglomerate made an acquisition offer for the company. Initially wanting to refuse the partners agreed to meet and discuss the offer.
After long negotiations and some very strange terms from the two partners, a deal was struck. The two agreed to the acquisition for an undisclosed amount and assumed various roles with the new company.
Currently the two are enjoying their work together on several projects and their work with Fairchild Randd. Turab is as busy as every working with Interns as a representative for Dental Interns.com and that's all he is telling us for now.
